ANDERSON -- Official city hours for trick-or-treating for Halloween this year are 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday night, according to Darron Sparks, Anderson Police Chief.
Sparks reminds motorists to be especially observant and careful during those hours, and parents should also review safety rules with their trick-or-treating children. For homeowners, a lighted porch means your house is open for trick-or-treating.
