KOKOMO, Ind. — Police say a second person has died from what investigators believe was a series of random shootings in downtown Kokomo.

David Gibson died Friday, two days after police say he was shot in the head by 36-year-old Turama Stitts of Kokomo. Stitts was arrested Thursday following three other shootings and was being held without bond on murder and attempted murder charges Friday night in the Howard County jail.
