Reports from the Madison County Health Department, based on recent inspections of restaurants and other places that serve food. A critical violation is one that could significantly contribute to contamination, illness or environmental hazard. A non-critical violation is a minor violation, unlikely to contribute to contamination, illness or environmental hazard. Potentially hazardous food is food that needs to be kept below 31 degrees or above 135 degrees. Restaurants may have corrected violations between the time of the inspection and the publication of this report. All reports are from routine bi-annual inspections, unless otherwise indicated.
