Services: Gojoteki is Japanese for friendly, something the business and technology center promises.
The business has two divisions — consumer sales and service and business development.
In the consumer sales and service division Gojoteki sells and services several electronics including personal
computers, PC parts, laptops and memory and audiovisual accessories. The business builds custom PCs, McCrocklin said.
In business development, Gojoteki is a full-service professional design firm with no job too big or small, he said.
The work includes graphic design from business cards to billboards, website development, social network management, technical and data management, networking and other services.
Gojoteki caters to small and medium businesses and consumers.
The company also offers 3-D modeling for such needs as architectural layouts or production models.
In partner’s words: “We are not a large chain,” McCrocklin said. “Our inventory is specialized and our knowledge and skills superior. Everything is quality and priced as competitively as we can be.”
Gojoteki’s employees offer one-on-one consultations, giving customers personal service that can’t get in larger stores, McCrocklin said.
“We’ve got solutions for any technical questions or business needs,” he said. “We are dedicated to our customers, and they come back for a variety of reasons.”
