March 5: Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday based on Madison County Jail records. (Some information was not recorded on arrest cards.)

* Anderson police arrested Michael J. Thompson, 19, of the 200 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at his home. Bond was set for $5,000 on charge of Class D felony theft.

* Anderson police arrested Brandon K. Dillard, 25, of the 5800 block of West 38th Street, Indianapolis, at 12:41 a.m. Thursday in the 5000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 on charge of Class D felony operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator.

* Anderson police arrested Bradley M. Clegg, 25, of the 1000 block of Ranike Drive, Anderson, at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at 1845 Scatterfield Road, Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 on charge of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

* Chesterfield police arrested Nicholas A. Morrow, 21, of the 5600 block of Emerson Way, Anderson, at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday at 425 North County Road 500 East, Chesterfield. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony auto theft and Class B misdemeanor failure to stop after a property damage accident.

* Madison County deputies arrested Brandon K. Cramer, 26, of the 1600 block of Franklin Street, Centerton, at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at 2826 Mercer Drive, Pendleton. Bond was set for $5,000 on charge of Class D felony domestic battery.

* Anderson police arrested Charles R. McGuire III, 28, of the 100 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday at his home. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony criminal confinement and Class B misdemeanor battery.

* Elwood police arrested Charles R. Allen Jr., 33, of the 700 block of South 14th Street, Elwood, at 5:26 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of South B Street, Elwood. He was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
