- Anderson police arrested Dorothy J. Taylor, 29, of the 1300 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 10:49 a.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of North Indiana 9. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.
