* Indiana State troopers arrested Randy A. Saunders, 48, of the 2400 block of Cherrywood Avenue, New Castle, at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the 17-mile marker on Interstate 69. Bond was set for $10,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
* Anderson police arrested Michael J. Ratcliffe, 36, of the 300 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday at his home. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
* Madison County deputies arrested James R. Arthur III, 28, of the 1300 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Edgewood Town Court. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
