ANDERSON, Ind. —
Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility students and employees participated in a balloon release in honor of victims of crime on Thursday.
National Crime Victims’ Rights Week promotes awareness of victims’ rights and services as well as honors countless crime victims and survivors. Superintendent Linda Commons said the week provides an opportunity and students to reflect on their actions and the impact they have had on others.
