ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records.
- Elwood police arrested Mechel R. Nieman, 31, of the 1500 block of Indiana 37, Elwood, at 10:36 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Indiana 37, Elwood. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor conversion.
- Alexandria police arrested Shelly R. Brewer, 30, of the 1100 block of Columbia Avenue, Alexandria, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Alexandria police station. Bond was set at $35,000 on a charge of Class A felony dealing in methamphetamine.
- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony D. Milan, Jr., 19, at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Madison County jail. Bond was set at $10,000 on a charge of Class D felony battery.
- Indiana State Police arrested Kyle S. Nicholson, 25, of the 900 block of College Drive, Anderson, at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday at 29th and Brown streets, Anderson. Released on $5,000 bond on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
- Madison County deputies arrested Joshua S. Grissom, 26, of the 11000 block of Pegasus Drive, Noblesville, at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at the 15 mile marker on Interstate 69. Bond was set for $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
- Anderson police arrested James R. Munson, 47, of the 2300 block of Ridgewood Drive, Anderson, at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday at his home. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony theft (two counts) and Class D felony possession of cocaine.
