Arrest log: March 15

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Kenneth C. Buckley, 35, of the 1700 block of Greenwood Drive, Anderson, at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for a Class D felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Madison County police arrested Brenda A. Hughes, 39, of the 7600 block of North County Road 600 West, McCordsville, at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday. Hughes posted bail of $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class D felony fraud.
  • Madison County police arrested Marvin L. Hester, 29, of the 2000 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 3:26 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class D felony possession of cocaine.
  • Anderson police arrested Jamie R. Berryman, 44, of the 900 block of West 5th Street, Anderson, at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County police arrested John C. Dauenhauer, 37, of the 700 block of West Main Street, Elwood, at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B felony violation of probation and a Class B felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Anderson police arrested Ziemel Gilmore-Santos, 20, homeless, at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for two counts of Class B felony child molest and Class C felony child molest.
  • Madison County police arrested Paige L. Jackson, 31, of the 1200 block of East Main Street, Muncie, at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court, and Class D felony theft.
  • Madison County police arrested Kane A. Smith, 21, of the 1900 block of North Ault Avenue, Muncie, at 8:41 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.
  • Alexandria police arrested Jackie L. Haines, 18, of the 100 block of Willow Lane, Anderson, at 10:11 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Hanna C. Dalton, 21, of the 3100 block of Mill Street, Anderson, at 1:56 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion and Class B misdemeanor glue sniffing.
  • Anderson police arrested Joseph C. Hopkins, 50, of the 3700 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 5:55 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Anderson police arrested Melissa G. Owens, 28, of the 400 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 6:16 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for four counts of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance smoking instrument.
  • Anderson police arrested Michael D. Parke, 30, of the 400 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 6:30 p.m. Monday. Parke posted bail of $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class D felony possession or use of a legend drug.
  • Anderson police arrested Thomas Henry Mooso Jr., 30, of the 2100 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 8:13 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Madison County police arrested Rebeka D. McGurn, 27, of the 700 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 9:51 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Brandi D. Groover, 34, of the 2700 block of West 12th Street, Anderson, at 10:33 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony bond revocation.
  • Madison County police arrested Randy G. Hall, 34, of the 4100 block of Haverhill Drive, Anderson, at 1:21 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child.
  • Madison County police arrested Dionicio Caballero, 45, of the 4100 block of West Cross Street, Anderson, at 2:05 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.
