* Alexandria police arrested Jack L. Welsh III, 19, of the 1000 block of West Third Street, Alexandria, at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday at Alexandria City Court. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanors intimidation and battery resulting in bodily injury.
* Anderson police arrested Ewart K. Marsh, 46, of the 2600 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday at West 15 Street and Raible Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set for $4,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia.
* Madison County deputies arrested Coty A. Jackson, 20, of the 400 block of North 18th Street, Elwood, at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday at the Madison County Jail. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor battery.
