-- Elwood police arrested James L. Cunningham, 50, of the 1900 block of South M Street, Elwood, at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class A misdemeanors domestic battery,
-- Ingalls police arrested Javier P. Baxin, 33, of the 5800 block of West 38th Street, Anderson, at 8 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 69 at 15-mile marker. Bond was set for $10,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanors driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.
-- Alexandria police arrested Jack L. Welsh III, 19, of the 1000 block West Third Street, Alexandria, at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Alexandria City Court. No bond was set for charges Class A misdemeanors intimidation and battery resulting in bodily injury.
-- Madison County deputies arrested Michael J. Thompson, 19, of the block West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 2:35 p.m. Thursday at the Madison County Correctional Center. He was transferred back to Madison County Correctional Center with additional charges of Class C felony forgery.
-- Anderson police arrested Adam K. Mahanes, 31, of the 2000 block Broadway, Anderson, at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday at the Marsh on Broadway, Anderson. He was transferred to Madison County Correctional Center with charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting.
-- Madison County deputies arrested Daniel C. Pierce, 25, of the 8800 block of West Hilltop Lane, Elwood, at 9:39 a.m. Thursday at the Madison County Government Center. He was released by court order, with charges of Class D felony fraud.
