Jan. 17: Arrest Log

— Anderson police arrested Artrece D. Patterson, 20, of the 2500 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 4:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Madison Avenue on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and failure to appear. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested Arthur C. Williams, 28, of the 3100 block of Autumn Ridge Drive, Anderson, at 1:53 a.m. Saturday on suspicion of robbery, a Class B felony. Bond is $100,000.

— Anderson police arrested Markees Owens, 21, of the 3100 block of Autumn Ridge Drive, Anderson, at 11:22 p.m. Friday on suspicion of armed robbery, a Class B felony. Bond is $100,000.

— Anderson police arrested Brandon W. Eldridge, 22, of the 2300 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 8:37 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of East 23rd Street on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian D. Thomas, 24, of the 2800 block of Walton Street, Anderson, at 8:03 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of Walton Street on suspicion of battery with a deadly weapon and intimidation, both Class C felonies. Bond is $10,000.

— Alexandria police arrested Shannon C. Roberts, 30, of the 300 block of West Madison Street, Alexandria, at 6:47 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of West Madison Street on suspicion of prior operating while intoxicated, a Class D felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and failure to stop for a property damage accident, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is $10,000.

— Anderson police arrested Pamela S. Carter, 47, of the 5000 block of Ind. 9 North, Anderson, at 10:51 p.m. Friday in the 2900 block of Broadway Street on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a Class D felony. She has since been released.

— Anderson police arrested Rufus C. Smith, 25, of the 900 block of Henry Street, Anderson, at 5:15 a.m. Saturday on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

— Indiana State Police arrested Phillip D. Hill, 36, of the 1200 block of Jonathon Court, Anderson, at 5:07 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 53rd Street and Scatterfield Road on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

— Anderson police arrested Matthew J. Boudrot, 23, of the 3500 block of Church Drive, Anderson, at 12:56 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

— Edgewood police arrested Dylan T. Chase, 24, of the 500 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 7:20 p.m. Thursday at Edgewood Town Court on suspicion of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

— Anderson police arrested David A. Badgley, 40, of the 1200 block of Broadway, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. Friday in the 1200 block of Broadway on suspicion of interference with the reporting of a crime, a Class A misdemeanor, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

— Indiana State Police troopers arrested Carlos M. Chavez, 41, of the 11800 block of Garden Circle, Fishers, at 12:40 a.m. Friday along Interstate 69, near Exit 26, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. He has since been released.

— The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Angela D. Burkhardt, 35, of the 3800 block of Saturn Lane, Alexandria, at 2:10 p.m. Friday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, a Class D felony. She has since been released.

— The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Kelly Jo Bragg, 39, of the 600 block of Beechwood Avenue, Middletown, at 10:20 a.m. Friday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of forgery, a Class C felony; theft, a Class D felony; obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, a Class D felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. She has since been released.
