• Anderson police arrested Kevin D. Bubenzer, 19, West 22nd Street, Anderson. 3 p.m. Sunday. 2500 block of East Lynn Street. Suspicion of criminal mischief and carrying a handgun without a license. No bond.
• Elwood police arrested Curt A. Faulstitch, 36, South H Street, Elwood. 3:56 a.m. Sunday. 500 block of South 13th Street, Elwood. Suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Bond is $3,000.
• Anderson police arrested Jason B. Coahran, 24, homeless. 8 p.m. Saturday. Anderson Police Department. Suspicion of forgery and theft. Bond is $30,000.
• Anderson police arrested Andrew P. Matolcsy, 19, East 240 North, Anderson. 8 p.m. Saturday. 4300 block of Roundhill Drive. Suspicion of possession of marijuana. Bond is $4,000.

Handicapped murder convict alleges prison discrimination
Since October 2006, Donald Lock has been confined to a wheel chair because of a degenerative bone disease. He has spent time at correctional facilities throughout the state, but it wasn’t until he was transferred to Pendleton earlier this year that he said he felt his disability was ignored.
