* Anderson police arrested Andrew A. Newton, 28, Gregory Drive, Anderson. 8:50 a.m. Monday. Gregory Drive. Suspicion of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond is $4,000.

* Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Shawn P. McCallister, 32, West Washington Street, Alexandria. 1:23 a.m. Monday. 2500 block of South J Street, Elwood. Suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. Bond is $5,000.

* Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested James F. Wall, 67, Ridge Road, Anderson. 9:53 p.m. Sunday. Intersection of 53rd Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Bond is $5,000.

* Elwood police arrested Andy R. Jessie, 27, South A Street, Elwood. 7:39 p.m. Sunday. South A Street. Suspicion of domestic battery. Bond is $3,000.

* Anderson police arrested Billy G. Payne Jr., 28, Brown Street, Anderson. 11:20 p.m. Sunday. 1200 block of Brown Street. Suspicion of domestic battery and criminal confinement. Bond is $5,000.

* Anderson police arrested Daniel L. Madley, 28, East Williams Street, Marion. 9:45 p.m. Sunday. 400 block of West Fourth Street. Suspicion of driving while suspended. No bond.

* Chesterfield police arrested Jessica E. Smith, 22, South Spring Street, Daleville. 7 p.m. Sunday. Water Street, Chesterfield. Suspicion of operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Bond is $5,000.

* Alexandria police arrested Ashlee K. Pierce, 26, Lincoln Street, Richmond. 3 p.m. Sunday. 600 block of West Madison Street, Alexandria. Suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance. Bond is $20,000.

* Alexandria police arrested Kevin R. Ellis Sr., 41, North Harrison Street, Alexandria. 3 p.m. Sunday. 600 block of West Madison Street, Alexandria. Suspicion of dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance. Bond is $20,000.

* Alexandria police arrested Joseph F. Rastetter II, 25, West Madison Street, Alexandria. 3 p.m. Sunday. 600 block of West Madison Street, Alexandria. Suspicion of dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond is $20,000.

* Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason E. Vandalsen, 34, Main Street, Anderson. 5:20 p.m. Sunday. 2400 block of Main Street. Suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender. Bond is $5,000.

* Anderson police arrested Jessicka D. M. Ash, 19, West 18th Street, Anderson. 12:15 a.m. Monday. Intersection of West 18th Street and J.T. Menifee Street. Suspicion of residential entry and battery. Released.

* Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Shanon L. Mocherman, 32, East Jackson Street, Alexandria. 10:50 a.m. Monday. Madison County Jail. Suspicion of residential entry, battery and criminal mischief. Released.
