* Elwood police arrested Shawn A. Anderson, 26 – who has no current residence – at 2:56 a.m. on Wednesday at 700 S. Anderson St., Anderson. Bond was set for $10,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor resisting arrest.
* Anderson police arrested Ronnie D. Brooks, 48, of the 2200 block of Halford St., Anderson, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at his home. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony escape, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
* Anderson police arrested Jeffrey K. Mitchell, 49, of the 1800 block of Bent Grass Dr., Anderson, at 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday at 3000 Meridian St., Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 for charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.
* Ingalls police arrested Brandy L. Bennett, 34, of the 40 block of Inman Dr., Anderson, at 4:26 p.m. on Tuesday at 6600 South State Road 67, Ingalls. Bond was set for $5,000 for charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator.
* Anderson police arrested Duane A. Stoker, 48, of the 2500 block of N. Morrison Rd., Muncie, at 1:13 a.m. on Tuesday. He has been released with charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
