Arrest Log: Nov. 6, 2009

People arrested in Anderson and Madison County on Thursday

- Elwood police arrested Kimberly A. Fisher, 37, of the 2500 block of North B St., Elwood at 1:13 a.m. on Thursday at her home. Bond was set for $3,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery.

- Anderson police arrested Belinda R. Goodpaster, 28, of the 2100 block of Central Ave., Anderson at 1:41 a.m. on Thursday at 2800 W. First St., Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator.

- Anderson police arrested Erin J. Mack, 35, of the 900 block of Yorkchester Dr., Yorktown at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at 6610 S. Scatterfield Rd., Anderson. Bond was set for $20,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting.

- Anderson police arrested Michael R. Bergman, 31, of the 1600 block of West 500 North, Anderson at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at 53rd and Ridge Road, Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator.

- Indiana State troopers arrested Angel D. Davis, 37, of the 2800 block of Pitt St., Anderson at 2:35 a.m. on Thursday at 29th Street and Jefferson Street, Anderson. She was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

- Madison County deputies arrested Jerry Harrison Jr., 38, of the 1300 block of Ohio Ave., Anderson at 1:50 p.m. on Friday. He was released with charges of Class D felony theft.

- Alexandria police arrested Kevin R. Ellis Sr., 41, of the 900 block of N. Harrison Ave., Alexandria at 3 p.m. on Nov. 1 at 619 W. Madison Ave., Alexandria. He was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphanelia, and Class B misdemeanor criminal nuisance.

- Anderson police arrested Robert L. Tate IV, 28, of the 2900 block of W. 22nd St., Anderson at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday at 14th Street and Sherman Street, Anderson. He was released with charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

- Anderson police arrested Diego Santiago, 24, of the 2600 block of Main St., Anderson at 2 p.m. on July 12 at 623 W. 22nd St., Anderson. He was released with charges of Class D felony auto theft and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

- Anderson police arrested John H. Gallins Jr., 53, of the 1600 block of W. Ninth St., Anderson at 9:45 p.m. on April 30 at the 900 block of Nichol Ave., Anderson. He was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
