Nov. 10: Arrest Log

* Anderson police arrested Robert F. Lane, 41, of the 2200 block of George Street, Anderson, at 10:15 p.m. Sunday at the 2600 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson. He was released on his own recognizance on Class D felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor public intoxication.

* Elwood police arrested Marcus W. Ripberger, 29, of the 1700 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 4:21 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of South D Street, Elwood. He was released on bond with charges of Class A misdemeanor battery.

* Anderson police arrested William E. Shelton, 53, of the 300 block of East Sixth Street, Marion, at 9:16 p.m. Sunday at Brown-Delaware and 12th streets, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 for charge of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

* Anderson police arrested Darrell R. Fuller, 43, of the 1500 block of Fountain Street, Anderson, at 9:25 p.m. Sunday at 14th Street and Madison Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 for criminal confinement, battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

* Alexandria police arrested Mark A. Stellwag, 24, of the 10 block of North Superior Street, Orestes, at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Alexandria police station. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
