These arrests were made Sunday and Monday by police in Madison County.
♦ Anderson police arrested Stephen R. Nemyer, 62, of the 1900 block of Lindberg Road, Anderson, at 6:06 p.m. Monday. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
♦ Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael D. Horton, 30, of the 80 block of East County Road 900 North, Alexandria, at 5:10 p.m. Monday. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony criminal confinement and Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
♦ Anderson police arrested Marc A. Miquels II, 18, of the 2600 block of Halford Street, at 3 a.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Main Street. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony strangulation, resisting law enforcement and criminal recklessness; Class A misdemeanor battery and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
♦ Anderson police arrested Jackie R. Brooks, 51, of the 220 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 12:15 p.m. Sunday at his home. Bond was set at $10,000 on a Class C felony charge of forgery.
♦ Anderson police arrested Danny J. McConley Jr., 21, of the 200 block of Webster Street, Anderson, at 10:40 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of 53rd Street. He was released on charges of Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
♦ Alexandria police arrested Jay D. Thompson, 19, of the 700 block of Clinton Street, Alexandria, at his home Sunday. He was released on Class D felony charges of receiving stolen property and fraud.
♦ Anderson police arrested Andrew Beverly, 20, of the 1700 block of Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 11:20 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Main Street. He was released on a Class A misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.
