* Anderson police arrested Andrea R. Hughes, 31, of the 3400 block of South Juniper Lane, Muncie at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 1 at Nichol and Arrow, Anderson. She was released on a $4,000 bond on charges of Class A misdemeanor resisting arrest, Class A misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
* Edgewood police arrested David L. Swinford, 42, of the 10000 block of Cerulean Drive, Noblesville at 2:25 p.m. on Saturday at Nichol Avenue and South Winding Way. He was released to Madison County Correctional Center with charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.
