ANDERSON — A free children’s safety program will be held Tuesday, Dec. 1, at the PAL Club, 101 E. Oak St. The program will consist of safety information for children and adults along with various techniques for self defense.
The Madison County Prosecutor’s Office and the Anderson Parks Department are putting on the program that is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 13. The program will be held from 6 to 7 p.m.
Anyone interested in participating should call the prosecutor’s office, 641-9585, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to register for the program.
