Nov. 19: Arrest Log

* Madison County deputies arrested Curtis L. Henderson, 23, of the 200 block of Woodworth Avenue, Frankton, at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday at the Madison County Government Center. No bond was set on charges of felony violation of in-home detention.

* Madison County deputies arrested Zachery D. Edwards, 18, of the 200 block of West 375 North, Anderson, at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at his home. Bond was set for $3,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor intimidation.

* Anderson police arrested James Pierce Jr., 33, of the 600 block of Milton Avenue, Anderson, at 5:20 a.m. on Wednesday at 5th Street and Madison Avenue, Anderson. No bond was set on charges of Class B felony burglary and Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license.

* Madison County deputies arrested Tommie L. Nevings, 39, of the 700 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday at the Madison County Government Center. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony parole violation.

* Anderson police arrested Jeffrey W. Valentine, 45, of the 200 block of West Willow Street, Anderson, at 4:58 p.m. on Oct. 11 at 1813 Meridian Street, Anderson. He has been released to the Madison County Corrections Center with charges of Class A misdemeanor battery.

* Anderson police arrested Michael D. Brooks, 52, of the 900 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday at 30th and Meridian Streets, Anderson. He has been released to the Madison County Corrections Center with charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

* Anderson police arrested Darrell R. Fuller, 43, of the 1500 block of Fountain Street, Anderson, at 9:25 p.m. on Oct. 8 at 14th Street and Madison Avenue, Anderson. He has been released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class D felony criminal confinement, Class B misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime.

    A Chinese immigrant who tried to kill herself by eating rat poison was free on bond Tuesday after more than a year in an Indianapolis jail on charges that she killed her 33-week-old fetus.
