Nov. 21: Arrest Log

-- Anderson police arrested Anthony T. Knox Jr., 25, of the 1500 block of West Dewey Street, Anderson at 12:14 a.m. Saturday at 14th and Jackson streets, Anderson. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony possession of cocaine, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

-- Madison County deputies arrested Dennis W. Smith Jr., 35, of the 700 block of Sun Valley Drive, Anderson at 3:19 a.m. Saturday at Madison Avenue and Sun Valley Drive. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

-- Anderson police arrested Robert L. Davis III, 19, of the 4300 block of Wolfpawead Lane, Anderson at 2:30 a.m. Saturday at 18th Street and Scatterfield Road, Anderson. Bond was set for $10,000 on charges of Class D felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and Class A misdemeanor Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

-- Anderson police arrested Ivy J. Millins, 31, of the 5300 block of Leclair Drive, Anderson at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at 3100 Main St., Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

-- Indiana State troopers arrested De’eirk M. Hall, 19, of the 1400 block of Nelle Street, Anderson at 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 3200 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Anderson. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony possession of cocaine and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

-- Elwood police arrested Danny L. Whybrew, 53, of the 1700 block of Antler Court, Elwood at 6:21 p.m. Friday. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony theft.

-- Anderson police arrested John W. Williams Jr., 36, of the 400 block of Champions Court, Anderson at 7:46 p.m. Friday at Sixth Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard, Anderson. Bond was set for $4,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

-- Elwood police arrested Christopher L. James, 19, of the 2200 block of South K Street, Elwood at 4:30 a.m. Saturday at 1505 South B Street, Elwood. Bond was set for $10,000 on eight charges of Class C felony burglary, three charges of Class D felony theft and six charges of Class B misdemeanor unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

-- Elwood police arrested Christopher L. James, 19, of the 2200 block of South K Street, Elwood at 3:43 a.m. Friday at his home. He was released on a $3,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting and Class B misdemeanor unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

-- Anderson police arrested Roger L. Randolph, 27, of the 1100 block of Pebble Court, Anderson at 8 p.m. Friday at 67th Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard, Anderson. He was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

-- Madison County deputies arrested Ashley L. Holland, 24, of the 3300 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson at 3:52 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Central Avenue, Anderson. He was released on a $3,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

-- Anderson police arrested Appelonia M. Stennis, 23, of the 2300 block of Halford Street, Anderson at 6 p.m. on June 4 in the 2200 block of Halford Street, Anderson. He has been released on time-served for Class A misdemeanor shoplifting.

-- Madison County deputies arrested Suzanne P. Godwin, 47, of the 10 block of Crestwood Drive, Middletown at 2:50 a.m. Friday at Ind. 236 and 200 East. He was released on a $10,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
