Nov. 22: Arrest Log
* Anderson police arrested Jevon Smith, 34, of the 10100 block on Pineneedle Court, Indianapolis, at 4:47 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 69 at the 19-mile marker. Bond was set for $20,000 for charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
* Indiana State Police arrested Thomas A. Symon, 23, of the 800 block of North 16th Street, Elwood, at 2:41 a.m. Sunday at 38th and Main streets, Anderson. Released on $5,000 bond on charge of Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
* Anderson police arrested Clifford S. Woodard, 28, of the 4300 block of Jeffrey Street, New Castle, at 11:35 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set at $35,000 for charges of Class A felony burglary resulting in injury and Class D felony theft.
* Indiana State Police arrested Cyndi L. Montgomery, 52, of the 2600 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 9:57 p.m. Saturday at Martin Luther King Boulevard and 29th Street, Anderson. Released on own recognizance on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
* Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jose G. Hernandez-Cruz, 27, of the 2500 block of West 23rd Street, Anderson, at 10:45 p.m. Saturday at the Madison County jail. Released on own recognizance on charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
* Ingalls police arrested Michael S. Harmon, 34, of the 9700 block of South Durbin Lane, Fortville, at 10:18 p.m. Saturday at Indiana 13 and Fall Creed Road. Released on $5,000 bond on charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
