Nov. 26: Arrest Log

* Madison County deputies arrested Colen A. McDade, 25, of the 3500 block of Gilford Street, Indianapolis, at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday in Marion County. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

* Anderson police arrested Michael W. Bartlett, 23, of the 2500 block of Louise Street, Anderson, at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony fraud and Class D felony theft.

* Anderson police arrested Shawn M. Parks, 36, of the 2700 block of Dakota Drive, Anderson, at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at his home. Bond was set for $25,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

* Anderson police arrested Eramus O. Warner, 19, of the 3100 block of Fallridge Lane, Anderson, at 10:07 p.m. on Oct. 11 at 1602 Chase St., Anderson. He was released on a $4,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

* Madison County deputies arrested Rick E. Manor, 49, of the 6900 block of South Hibiscus Drive, Muncie, at 12:23 p.m. Wednesday in Delaware County. He was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class D felony theft.

* Anderson police arrested Erin J. Mack, 35, of the 900 block of Yorkchester, Yorktown, at 7 p.m. on Oct. 4 at the Meijer’s on Scatterfield Road. He was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting.

* Anderson police arrested Michael R. Bergman, 31, of the 1600 block of West 500 North, Anderson, at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 4 at 53rd and Ridge Road. He was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator.

* Indiana State troopers arrested Kiley E. Richards, 30, of the 600 block of West 33rd Street, Anderson, at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday at Columbus Avenue and 32nd Street, Anderson. She was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication, and two charges of Class D felony neglect of a dependent.

* Anderson police arrested Andrea M. Davis, 34, of the 1500 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday at the Meijer’s on Scatterfield Road. She was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting.
