Arrest log: Dec. 4, 2009

- Anderson police arrested Michael J. Deloney, 29, of the 100 block of Plum Street, Anderson, at 5:10 p.m. Thursday at 207 W. Oak Street, Anderson. Bond was set for $10,000 on charges of Class C felony battery, Class A misdemeanor trespassing and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

- Indiana State troopers arrested Chad M. Merritt, 29, of the 1100 block of Walnut Street, Summitville, at 4:15 p.m. Thursday at County Road 100 East and County Road 1400 North. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony contempt of court and Class D felony operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator.

- Anderson police arrested Michael A. Boyd Jr., 29, of the 1600 block of West Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 10:37 p.m. Wednesday at the 22 mile marker on I-69. Bond was set for $40,000 on charges of Class B felony possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class A misdemeanor carrying a gun without a license.

- Anderson police arrested Alan W. Douglass, 25, of the 2200 block of Cedar Street, Anderson, at 10:37 p.m. Wednesday at the 22-mile marker on I-69. Bond was set for $20,000 on charges of Class A felony dealing in cocaine, Class C felony possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, Class A misdemeanor receiving stolen property, Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

- Madison County deputies arrested Virginia L. Daniels, 29, of the 700 block of West Cross Street, Anderson, at 10:29 a.m. Thursday at her home. She was released on a $3,000 for charges of Class A misdemeanor battery.

- Madison County deputies arrested Maggie D. Benefiel, 26, of the 700 block of West Cross Street, Anderson, at 10:29 a.m. Thursday at her home. She was released on a $3,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor battery.
