These arrests were made by police in Madison County on Saturday and Sunday.
Alexandria police arrested Jeremy A. Berry, 37, of the 500 block of West Elm Street, Gaston, at 4:35 a.m. Sunday at 1100 North and Indiana 9. Bond was set at $10,000 on charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor.
Elwood police arrested Ryan T. Dial, 28, of the 1000 block of North 11th Street, Elwood, at 2:40 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of South A Street, Elwood. Bond was set at $3,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery, Class C misdemeanor public indecency and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
Anderson police arrested Shaquita S. Clark, 21, of the 1400 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 1:45 a.m. Sunday, in the 1600 block of Chase Street, Anderson. No bond was set on charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.
Anderson police arrested Malcolm D. Cobb Jr., 42, of the 2600 block of West 23rd Street, Anderson, at 6 a.m. Sunday at the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set at $35,000 on charge of Class A felony rape.
Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robin D. Wise, 42, of the 6200 block of South White Oaks Drive, Anderson, at 1:09 a.m. Sunday at the Madison County jail. Bond was set at $5,000 on charge of Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
Anderson police arrested Candy S. Chenoweth, 35, of the 1000 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 2:30 a.m. Sunday at her home. No bond set on charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
Anderson police arrested Rene Y. Valdez-Martinez, 28, of the 600 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 10:36 p.m. Saturday. Bond set at $5,000 on charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
