ANDERSON, Ind. —
Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.
Madison County police arrested Gene K. Wills Jr., 35, of the 900 block of Sun Valley Drive, Anderson, at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.
Madison County police arrested Robert E. Bogue, 53, of the 700 block of Columbia Street, Alexandria, at 6:06 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and a Class C misdemeanor in another jurisdiction.
Anderson police arrested Hailey M. Rothell, 29, of the 800 block of Shellbark Road, Anderson, at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday. Rothell posted bail of $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.
Drug Task Force officers arrested Michael J. Ellis, Jr., 37, of the 2600 block of Chippewa Drive, Anderson, at 1:28 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing in meth, Class D felony possession of meth, Class D felony possession of precursors and Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance.
Elwood police arrested Stephen R. Lawrence, 51, of the 2800 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 1:34 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor false informing and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
State police arrested Joshua W. Garrison, 24, of the 1600 block of Jackson Street, Anderson, at 1:52 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
Elwood police arrested Charles B. Evans, 44, of the 12100 block of North Indiana 37, Elwood, at 5:23 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
