-- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kacey L. Harp, 34, of the 2000 block of East U.S. 36, Markleville, at 10:20 a.m. Saturday at her home. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor charges of battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

She was released on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Class B misdemeanor illegal possession, consumption or transport of alcohol, and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
