Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County Prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.
Alexandria police arrested Michael E. Morse, 31, of the 200 block of Filmore Street, Alexandria, at 3:09 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class D felony charge of receiving stolen property and failure to appear.
Alexandria police arrested Kevin R. Douglas, 43, of the 700 block of South Clinton Street, Alexandria, at 12:40 a.m. at his home. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.
Indiana State Police arrested Bonita J. Martt, 34, of the 5500 block of North Mechanicsburg Road, at 12:02 a.m. Friday on Indiana 32 west of Indiana 9. Bond was set at $3,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Anderson police arrested Victor J. Hood, 19, of the 2700 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 10:50 p.m. Thursday at Town Center Park. Bond was set at $3,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery.
Anderson police arrested Brian K. Hunter, 29, of the 600 block of East Ninth Street, Anderson, at 12:51 p.m. Thursday at Nichol and Raible avenues. Bond was set at $10,000 on a Class C felony charge of possession of cocaine and a Class A misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.
Anderson police arrested Christopher D. Alfrey, 33, of the 6700 block of West County Road 600 South, Anderson, at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of Central Avenue. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery and failure to appear.
Indiana State Police arrested Tiana R. Richardville, 34, Uniondale, at 1:03 a.m. Friday at 53rd Street and Dietzen Boulevard. She was released on a Class C misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
