‘Four Christmases’ coasts to $31.1 million debut

LOS ANGELES — Audiences spent Thanksgiving with Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn, whose holiday comedy “Four Christmases” took in $31.1 million to open as the top weekend movie. The film opened Wednesday to get a head start on the long weekend.
