On March 24, 1919, Wanda L. Caudell was born to John and Mary Caudell — nine children total. Only remaining sister is Loretta Trotter, former Anderson resident, now residing in Sevierville, Tenn.
In 1939, Wanda married Robert S. Street and celebrated 35 years before his passing in 1974.
Joining at age 17, Wanda was president of the Christian Women’s Fellowship of East Lynn Christian Church and loved her church family where she served many years. Christmas Eve 1997, a serious car accident changed her life forever. Wanda still assisted with the prayer chain.
Wanda now makes life the best she can and enjoys serving as president of Resident’s Council at Countryside Manor, 205 Marine Drive.
Children are Robert M. Street, David K. (Louanna) Street and Carolyn (Steve) Bledsoe will be celebrating her 90 years on Sunday, March 22, at Countryside Manor Conference Room from 2 to 4 p.m. Cards and visits welcomed.
