Canine
Mr. and Mrs. Byron Canine celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a surprise celebration on Aug. 22 in conjunction with the family reunion at the home of grandson Joel and Bekki Canine in Lafayette.
Byron Canine and Barbara Keeney were married Sept. 3, 1950, in Frankfort, at the Methodist Church.
They have three children: Landa (Noel) McGinnis of Tipp City, Ohio, Rod (Terri) Canine of Crawfordsville, and Jay (friend, Teena) Canine of Sugarland, Texas. They have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
