Recently it was carnival time at East Lynn Christian Church. This event was an outstanding success — and a great idea! Our hats are off to Lamar and Lynn Fogle. Admission was four cans of food for the church food pantry, which is open every Wednesday from noon until 2 p.m.
Many games were set up for children of all ages; even a dunk tank, and Rev. Susan Cameron was dunked many times. Ice cream sundaes were served.
Many members of the congregation participated in a really big show, and God blessed us with a beautiful afternoon.
Again, the congregation wants to say thank you to Lamar and Lynn Fogle. May God bless you and all those who helped.
