Letter: Don’t follow leaders blindly

Stop, look and listen has been taught to all small children. This was for their safety and protection from harm as they crossed streets.

What is happening now? Do what you want, if it makes you happy. Don’t obey the laws of God and man.

Mistakes? Yes!

All the time? No!

Just what is going on in our country; the great U.S.A.? No longer is it “We the people,” but what do I want, or what can you do for me? No longer is there trust in those we elect (big smile, fast talker, iron fist or just like a cult leader).

Remember Jim Jones? So powerful was he that people drank poison and died just because he told them to.

Wake up, people. We are being sold out for big money and power. No longer are adults thinking for themselves, but blindly following (like puppets) what we are told to do.

Stop, look and listen! Look around you at situations and listen to what is being said and what is not being said.
