In reference to Judge Spencer dropping charges against Ollie Dixon on possession of a deadly weapon by an incarcerated person, which appears to be showing favoritism, I wonder why, in a story just below this one he convicts another person on the very same charge. The only difference I see is that it appears Omond Smith’s charges were filed together and Dixon’s were filed separately. However, the crime was committed by both persons just the same.
