NBC network should be ashamed of themselves for airing the video of Georgian luger, Nodar Kumaritash, who died after flying off the track and slamming into a steel beam. The network chose the beginning of the Olympics ceremony to air this tragic scene, which disgusted and turned many people off from watching the Olympics.
Out of respect for this young man’s family the story could have been told quite accurately without seeing NBC’s “Faces of Death.” Isn’t anything sacred anymore?
