According to Madison County Corporation for Economic Development Director Rob Sparks, the following local individuals and businesses provided financial support, $100,000 in all, for a feasibility study of the Mounds Lake Reservoir project:
John Maidlow, John Paugh, Bill and Ann Hardacre, Paul Nicholson, Jim Singleton, Larry Contos, Hoosier Park, IMI, E&B Paving, Ricker Oil Co., Mike Montgomery, the Virgil Cook family, and Frederick’s Inc.
