PENDLETON, Ind. —
Once again this holiday season employees of the Pendleton Correctional Facility (PCF) demonstrated care, concern and compassion for those in need in the community.
The facility was able to conduct a food drive and donated more than 150 food items to Operation Love Ministries located in Anderson.
In addition to food items collected, PCF staff also donated a variety of children’s winter clothing items to Operation Love that were purchased by employees in connection with the facility’s annual “Tree of Warmth” project.
Operation Love Ministries operates a food pantry in addition to offering a variety of comprehensive services to Madison County residents needing assistance.
