MUNCIE, Ind. —
The Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Physical Rehabilitation Center, for the ninth consecutive time, has received a three-year accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for the Stroke Specialty Program and the overall program.
CARF accreditation is the highest and most prestigious level of accreditation awarded to physical rehabilitation facilities.
The IU Health Ball Memorial Physical Rehabilitation Center is especially proud of earning the three-year CARF accreditation for the Stroke Specialty Program because the list of standards the program needed to meet skyrocketed from nine to 27 this year.
