Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.
Madison County police arrested Kevin S. Patterson, 46, of the 1400 block of West 15th Street, Anderson, at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.
Madison County police arrested Stashon D. Fuller Sr., 29, of the 6500 block of Paramount Springs Drive, Anderson, at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for two counts of Class C felony failure to appear.
Madison County police arrested John A. Malone, 37, of the 2700 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C felony failure to appear and Class A felony failure to appear.
Madison County police arrested Andre C. Jones, 48, of the 800 block of Cleveland Street, Saginaw, Michigan, at 8:14 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for two counts of Class C felony violation of probation.
Elwood police arrested Shannon P. Stults, 48, of the 200 block of South Anderson Street, Elwood, at 9:57 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery and Class D felony criminal confinement.
Alexandria police arrested Christopher L. Moore, 27, of the 700 block of Lakewood Drive, Alexandria, at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $7,000 for two counts of Class A misdemeanor battery.
Elwood police arrested Tom E. Schoettler, 64, of the 1500 block of South Indiana 37, Elwood, at 10:35 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
Anderson police arrested Ian M. Howell, 26, of the 1200 block of Vine Street, Lapel, at 1:58 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class A misdemeanor conversion.
Elwood police arrested Kaylee L. Kelley, 21, of the 1000 block of North 11th Street, Elwood, at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a syringe.
Elwood police arrested Nathan W. Pratt, 23, of West Oak Street, Orestes, at 6:01 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class D felony possession of a syringe.
