Three shed-like buildings collapse in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — Authorities say three shed-like buildings owned by a landscape supply business in Indianapolis have collapsed.

The fire department says no injuries were reported following the Saturday afternoon collapse. The Edgewood Feed & Seed buildings each were about 100 feet long and built of wood and corrugated metal in 1949.

Three other similar buildings on the site were scheduled to be demolished soon.

The buildings were located near the Southport Antique Mall, whose owner Jane Haganman told the fire department that she thought the collapse felt as if an earthquake had just hit. The collapse cut power to the Antique Mall.
