Organizers: Bluegrass festival at Shadyside still on

ANDERSON -- The bluegrass festival set for Saturday at Shadyside Park in Anderson has not yet been canceled because of the rain, according to organizer Dennis Niccum.

Niccum said at 1:20 p.m. Saturday that he and his committee were hoping the rain might subside enough to allow the festival to continue.
