MUNCIE — Phyllis Powell, 84, Muncie, died Jan. 30, 2010.
Survivors include brother, Lewis Powell; and several niece and nephews in the Anderson area.
Service noon Saturday at True Vine Holiness Tabernacle. Burial in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Visitation 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

Lilly A. Dixon
Sept. 15, 1908 - Feb. 2, 2010
MILAN — Lilly A. (Burnett) Dixon, 101, of Milan, died Feb. 2, 2010, at the Waters of Batesville.
Survivors include a son, Olus (June) Dixon Jr.; and three daughters, Carol (Bob) Sullender of Anderson, June (Harold) Jackson, and Mary Ann Harwell.
Her husband, Olus Dixon Sr., preceded her in death.
Service 10 a.m. Saturday at Milan Wesleyan Church. Burial in Cliff Hill Cemetery, Versailles.
Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan.
Memorials to the Milan Wesleyan Church.
Janet M. Flowers
Oct. 12, 1933 - Feb. 1, 2010
WINN, Mich. — Janet Mae (Hughes) Flowers, 76, of Winn, and sister of Anderson residents Cyndi (Rick) Stanley and Orris A. Hughes Jr., died Feb. 1, 2010, at her residence after an extended illness.
Other survivors include children, Deb (Tom) Bovee, Valerie Barkdull, Matt Flowers, Gerald (Brenda) Flowers, and Cindy (Troy) Lee.
Memorial service 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Winn Community Center. Cremation has taken place.
Memorials to Mid-Michigan Hospice of Michigan.
Arrangements handled by Cremation Society of Mid-Michigan.
Cecil E. Keesling
July 28, 1944 - Jan. 29, 2010
CICERO — Former Anderson resident Cecil E. Keesling, 65, Cicero, died Jan. 29, 2010, at Riverwalk Village, Noblesville.
Survivors include his wife, Shelia (Knoblock) Keesling; sons, William Keesling and Jeffery Keesling; and daughter, Teresa Thompson.
Private family services will be held.

Handicapped murder convict alleges prison discrimination
