NEW ORLEANS — Cooler air is here. After morning temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s, highs this afternoon are forecast in the 70s. There will be some sun today and Thursday. What is left of once tropical storm Hermine will move from Texas into the middle part of the country, where another weather system is developing. That weather system along with the moisture from Hermine will move our way for Friday.
