Pendleton police arrested Samuel A. Weist, II, 23, of the 100 block of Bess Boulevard, Pendleton, at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
Anderson police arrested Michael A. Woolard, 40, of the 3500 block of Hamilton Place, Anderson, at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday in the 3100 block of Main Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony auto theft, Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.
Elwood police arrested Eddie W. Super, 56, of the 200 block of North 3rd Street, Elwood, at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday in the 12500 block of North 800 West, Elwood. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
Anderson police arrested Wendy E. Whitaker, 35, of the 100 block of Elizabeth Drive, Anderson, at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of Central Avenue, Anderson. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.
Anderson police arrested Maryann D. Jones, 29, of the 2500 block of East 8th Street, Anderson, at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday in her home. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and Class C felony operating after lifetime suspension.
Pendleton police arrested Zachary R. Sanner, 19, of the 100 block of Bess Boulevard, Pendleton, at 10:23 p.m. Wednesday in his home. Sanner was released on his own recognizance for Class A misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Anderson police arrested Bobby Evans, 50, of the 1000 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday in the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary and Class D felony theft.
Anderson police arrested Jacob H. Phipps, 27, of the 100 block of West 17th Street, Anderson, at 1:28 a.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Brown Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony possession of meth, Class D felony possession of chemical precursors, Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance and Class D felony probation violation.
Elwood police arrested Samantha B. Bear, 22, of the 1600 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 1:29 a.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of South B Street, Elwood. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Elwood police arrested Thomas W. Maddox, 34, of the 600 block of South 17th Street, Elwood, at 6:06 a.m. Thursday in the intersection of 22nd Street and South D Street, Elwood. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor probation violation and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
Anderson police arrested Shannon C. Roberts, 34, of the 2400 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 9:08 a.m. Thursday in the 3000 block of Main Street, Anderson. Roberts posted bail of $221 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
State police arrested Joshua M. Russell, 36, of the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive, Anderson, at 9:10 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony operating while intoxicated.
Anderson police arrested Angela M. Emmons-Swallows, 34, of the 200 block of East 39th Street, Anderson, at 12:56 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,500 for Class A misdemeanor conversion and Civil contempt of court.
