May 8: Arrest Log

• Anderson police arrested Chad M. Gossett, 25, of the 300 block of Andover Drive, Anderson, at 3:10 a.m. Thursday in the 2900 block of Meridian Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael J. Neil, 18, of the 2800 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 1:57 a.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Main Street on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Briana S. Heaton, 19, of the 2500 block of North B Street, Elwood, at 1:57 a.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Main Street on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.

• Alexandria police arrested Jeremy L. Julian, 29, of the 200 block of West Washington Street, Alexandria, at 8:57 p.m. in the 600 block of West Washington on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony, and burglary, a Class C felony. Bond is $20,000.

• Elwood police arrested Aaron L. Rogers, 23, of the 2100 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 5:12 a.m. Wednesday at Saint Vincent Mercy Hospital on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. He is being held without bond.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Christina A. Seagrave, 19, of the 2500 block of North B Street, Elwood, at 1:57 a.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Main Street on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested John P. Belcher, 34, of the 1000 block of Brooks Drive, Fortville, at 9:51 a.m. Thursday at the Fortville Police Department on suspicion of two counts of theft, both Class D felonies. He has since been released.

• Anderson police arrested Nicholas T. Poole, 21, of the 6900 block of South Indiana 67, Pendleton, at 9;45 p.m. Tuesday along 300 West, South of 700 South, on suspicion of dealing marijuana, a Class D felony; possession of marijuana, a Class D felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
