• Anderson police arrested Raymond Gibbs, 20, of 6706 South 50W, Pendleton, at 4:29 a.m. Saturday at 5810 Scatterfield Road on suspicion of possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Class D felony; illegal possession, consumption or transport of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor; and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. • Alexandria police arrested Nathan Painter, 20, of 110 N. Clinton St., Alexandria, at 4:01 a.m. Saturday at 205 Lincoln St., on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor, and illegal possession, consumption or transport of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor. • Anderson police arrested Casey McKinley, 19, of 605 S. Cheryl Drive, Muncie, at 1:30 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 69, mile marker 24, on suspicion of possession of marijuana, hash oil or hash, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Kenneth Chamberlain, 29, of 2619 Flying Cloud Court, Anderson, at 10:50 p.m. Friday at his home on suspicion of maintaining a common nuisance, a Class B felony; dealing cocaine, a Class A felony; possession of marijuana, hash oil or hash, a Class A misdemeanor; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious or violent criminal, a Class B felony; and a parole violation.

• Madison County officers arrested Pablo Reyes, 22, of 199 Chariot Drive, Anderson, at 12:05 a.m. at the intersection of Indiana 32 and Edgewood Place, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
