June 23: Arrest Log

• Anderson police arrested Carlos Vasquez, 22, of the 500 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 4:40 a.m. Sunday at his residence on suspicion of strangulation, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000

• Anderson police arrested Curtis Anderson, 26, of the 200 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 1:06 a.m. Sunday at his residence on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond was set.

• Anderson police arrested Tammy Spencer, 39, of Dundee, Fla., on Sunday in the 300 block of East 37th Street, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of an accident, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $40,000.

• Anderson police arrested Rario Clemons, 25, of 1300 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 5:30 a.m. Sunday at 509 Ruddle Ave., on suspicion of residential entry, a Class D felony, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond was set.

• Anderson police arrested Zachary Porter, 18, of the 1700 block of Delaware Street, Anderson, at 5 a.m. Sunday at 507 Ruddle Ave., on suspicion of burglary, a Class B felony, residential entry, a Class D felony, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond was set.

• Anderson police arrested Jesse Byrd, 21, of 600 block of N. Parkway Drive, Anderson, at 4:25 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of S. Parkway Drive, on suspicion of residential entry, a Class D felony, and sexual battery, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

• Markleville police arrested Josey Keesling, 18, of Home Avenue, Markleville, at 1:18 a.m. Sunday at a home of W. Main Street, Markleville, on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, and two counts of illegal possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol, both Class C misdemeanors. Bond is $5,000.

• Alexandria police arrested Bradley Brewer, 24, of the 600 block of East Jackson Street, Alexandria, at 9 a.m. Sunday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of a probation violation and two counts of contempt of court. No bond was set.

• Madison County officers arrested Tanja Conwell, 44, of Bradenton, Fla., at 1 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 69 north of the 30-mile marker, on suspicion of public intoxication, a Class B felony, and possession of marijuana, hash oil or hash, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $15,000.

• Madison County officers arrested Angela Conwell, 37, of 700 block of West 15th Street, Muncie, at 1 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 69 north of the 30-mile marker, on suspicion of public intoxication, a Class B felony, and possession of marijuana, hash oil or hash, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $6,000.

• Anderson police arrested Dustin Rogers, 18, of 2200 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 10:12 p.m. Saturday at the corner of 23rd Street and Columbus Avenue, on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.

• Anderson police arrested Jennifer Delk, 28, of 2200 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 7:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Fletcher Street, on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond was set.

• Anderson police arrested James Evans, 21, of 900 block of East 24th Street, Muncie, at 7 p.m. Saturday at 6610 Scatterfield Road on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.

• Madison County officers arrested Steven Benson, 36, of 800 block of South Harrison Street, Alexandria, at 9:04 p.m. Saturday at the corner of Cross Street and Shepherd Drive on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class D felony, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond was $5,000. He has since been released.
