• Anderson police arrested Heather V. Voyles, 30, of the 3700 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 2:30 a.m. Monday near the intersection of 23rd Street and Central Avenue on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Russell D. Baugher IV, 40, of the 2300 block of Aspen Court, Anderson, at 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of Aspen on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Jane M. Williams, 26, of the 2300 block of Aspen Court, Anderson, at 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of Aspen on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Brian A. Aynes, 35, of the 1600 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 11:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Noble on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Rodney Lee Robbins II, 29, of the 1600 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 11:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Noble on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Shawn T. Schwab, 32, of the 3000 block of South Central Way, Anderson, at 6:58 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 38th Street and Redbud Circle on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $10,000.

Baston, 46, of the 900 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 5:18 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of South B on suspicion of intimidation, a Class A misdemeanor; harassment, a Class B misdemeanor; and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Edgewood police arrested Malcom D. Cobb Jr., 40, of the 2600 block of West 23rd Street, Anderson, at 6:10 p.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of West 23rd on suspicion of dealing in marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Indiana State Police arrested James C. Eggleton, 45, of the 7700 block of Jamestown Drive North, Fishers, at 1:30 a.m. Monday along Interstate 69 near the 19-miler marker on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
